8.1IBs must comply with the requirements stated in this Standard as per the Article No. 5 and 6. During the transition, IBs must comply with the existing and enforced Central Bank’s requirements.
8.2The Regulatory Development Division of the Central bank shall be the reference for interpretation of the provisions of this Standard.
