9.1 A Restricted Licence Bank must comply with all Regulations issued by the Central Bank that are applicable to Banks. The requirements of the Central Bank’s Minimum Capital Banks Regulation ⁴ are not applicable to locally incorporated Restricted Licence Banks, as the minimum capital requirements are established within this Regulation.
