This Regulation and the accompanying Standards shall be published in the Official Gazette in both Arabic and English, and shall come into effect one month from the date of publication.
Banks that will have the same external audit firm engaged cumulatively for 6 years or more as at the end of 2018 must rotate the external audit firm subject to the timely conduct of a procurement procedure.
