Article (12): Repeal of Circular No. 13/2021

C 21/2022 Effective from 1/10/2022

This Regulation cancels and replaces the “Specialized Banks with Low Risk Regulation” issued on 31 March 2021 (the Central Bank’s Circular No. 13/2021 – dated 14/2/2021).
