Article (13) Cancelation of the Previous Decision

Effective from 8/9/2023

This Standard shall cancel and supersede the Insurance Authority Decision No. (50) of 2019 Concerning Enhancing the Shari’a Controller’s Role in Takaful Insurance Companies Operating in the State.
