This Regulation and the accompanying Standards shall be published in the Official Gazette in both Arabic and English and shall come into effect one month from the date of publication.

On the effective date of this Regulation, any Company which does not comply with this Regulation and the accompanying Standards, must, within ninety (90) days, provide the Central Bank with a detailed plan for coming into compliance with the requirements herein. The Central Bank will decide on the adequacy of the proposed plan. The plan should not exceed three years to ensure full compliance with requirements of this Regulation.
