Article (17): Publication & Effective Date
C 4/2023 Effective from 29/12/2023| 17.1 | This Regulation shall be published in the Official Gazette in both Arabic and English and shall come into effect immediately upon its publication. |
| 17.2 | Financial Institutions must have a recovery plan in place by 30 June 2024. |
