The Company, or any Distribution Channel, is prohibited to ask the policyholder for full documentation in order to produce Illustrations. This includes, but is not limited to, passport, visa, bank account, etc.
The Company cannot sell a product unless the client has signed, either physically or electronically, on all the relevant documents required to sell the product. A copy of these documents must be provided to the client.
