Article (3) Scope of Application

Effective from 3/4/2025
3.1The Standard applies to all Islamic Financial Institutions licensed by the Central Bank.
3.2The Standard must be read in conjunction with the SGS and the standards and resolutions issued by HSA and notified to IFIs.
