Article (141)
Fed Law 14/2018 Issued on 1/10/2018Whoever, publicly and intentionally mutilates, destroys or tears up Currency, shall be punished by imprisonment and a fine of not less than (10,000) ten thousand dirhams, or by one of these two penalties.

Whoever, publicly and intentionally mutilates, destroys or tears up Currency, shall be punished by a fine, which shall be the greater of one thousand (1,000) Dirham and ten (10) times the value of the mutilated, destroyed or torn Currency.
